First Course- Rosemary roasted beet salad, served with a greens tossed in a homemade orange dressing, toasted pine nuts, goats cheese mousse & crispy Parmesan chips.
Main Course- Beefsteak, wrapped with julienne vegetables, served with a side of sesame Asian noodles with slow roasted garlic and butternut, with a coconut and cashew sauce and a swirl of balsamic reduction.
Dessert-Flourless chocolate torte served with homemade vanilla bean and buttered pecan ice cream and a drizzle of local passion fruit coulis.
