
I was invited aboard the 50 foot Lagoon catamaran NANA for lunch at the Tortola Spring Charter Show and enjoyed a delectable array of dishes which included a salad of mixed greens/avocado and goat cheese with a wonderfully light dressing, fish tacos with cheese stuffed zucchini and dessert of poached pear and ice cream with basil garni.
