How to Book a Crewed Yacht Charter
A crewed yacht charter is a wonderful vacation adventure uniquely designed for YOU. On board your own luxury private yacht with your attentive crew, you and your friends and family have time to relax, reflect and enjoy the beautiful sights, sounds and aromas of the Virgin Islands or Down Island in the Caribbean.
It all begins with you contacting Caribbean Soul Charters with the details of what you want your special vacation to be. Based on your information, I’ll send you online brochures for yachts that are available in your time and price range. These brochures are very detailed and informative but I’m always available to answer any questions.
Once you’ve decided which yacht and crew suit you best, we place a “hold” on that yacht for your dates.
The “hold” does not guarantee your charter. Neither does it commit you to the charter. It simply makes if more difficult for anyone else to book that yacht on those dates. The charter will be confirmed when you’ve submitted a signed charter contract and deposit. A 50% deposit is due with the contract if the charter is less than 6 months out with a 25% deposit due if your dates are more than 6 months out.
Then, the fun really begins. I will send you a Preference Sheet for you to let the crew know what you want to do and what you want to eat and drink. It’s all about customizing the adventure around you and your party- the food, the drink, the itinerary, the action (or lack thereof!).
