Captain Lily, pure professionalism:
Captain Lily handled the boat expertly and meticulously with an eye on our safety at all times, from the first safety briefing to our very early in the morning departure. On top of that she is always pleasant , flexible and eager to be of service. She is also full of fun stories when encouraged to share and happy to share her sailing knowledge. She planned a great itinerary for us around the islands, keeping us COVID safe, and was flexible to accommodate changes as circumstances changed. The water at the Baths were too ruff when we arrived, with red flag out, so she took us to another bay, and with our Chef Amber, arranged for a taxi to take us to the Baths by land. They were spectacular and a highlight of our trip. Lily worked in great partnership with Amber to create a seamless team providing for all our needs and going well beyond. I eagerly look forward to our next trip with Captain Lily. She and Amber make an amazing team. Peter.
Chef Amber creating culinary delights:
Chef Amber loves to be creative with her cooking and ensuring she meets every passenger’s culinary needs. Our meals were always very nutritious, healthy, delicious and beautiful to look at. We took pictures of every meal, they were that good looking. Could not have asked for better. For me I wanted to make sure not to over eat so I asked Amber to adjust my portions. She made sure that I got the right portions for me every time. Amber was fantastic with deserts. I am a chocoholic and have sampled many chocolate brownies, but Amber’s was the best I have ever had. On top of all that she is always smiling and eager to be of service. Can’t wait for our next trip on Island Kisses to sample Amber’s new creations. Peter.

Knowledgeable. Flexible. Good communicator. Cool, calm & collected. Made us feel safe. Explained things very well. Great balance of being with us and yet not being in our business and professional. Only regret is not playing more Mexican train with her. Excellent at tubing.

Delicious food. Wonderful variety and flexibility. Positive disposition and again, cool, calm & collected. It made us feel at home for a week. Can level up to adults and level down to children with great ease. We were all happy campers with our chef and she took it from good to great for us.

Not only is she a phenomenal captain, she is genuine and fun. Her cocktails are amazing and her cultural knowledge that follows it is very impressive. You will want her on your team when playing games!

It is impossible for Amber to make anything less than five stars. Her creations are next level and truly elevate the boating experience. She is extremely considerate of your dietary needs and you will never be hungry. Along with her phenomenal cooking skills is a hilarious personality. Her mannerisms and comedic timing are impeccable. It’s a shame that the scale ends at 10 because Amber is a phenomenal hostess. Amber went above and beyond to make sure that our home away from home was clean, safe and organized. Amber also made the most amazing meals and always ALWAYS made sure that we were well feed. Amber is genuine, kind, funny, hardworking, encouraging, supportive and you can honestly tell that she loves what she does. All in all, Amber you are EXCEPTIONAL! Amber was also amazing! Her gourmet cuisine and hospitality was exquisite. She made a great atmosphere for everyone and is beautiful inside and out and we were so lucky to have her.

Some of the best food I had on this whole trip was prepared by Amber Rose. Always well planned meals for whatever the day had to offer. Very fun to hang out with.
Best decision we made
Amber was the best decision we made for the week!!!! She was so professional and so much fun. Any question we had (and we had a lot) she either knew the answer or would find out - she took all the stress away from us so we could enjoy our holiday. Finally, she organized an incredible dinner for my partner and I for our anniversary - it was perfect and her hard work and the memories she helped us create is something that we will always remember and treasure
Dream Team
I couldn’t imagine the week without Amber. She went above and beyond with the meals. She cooked amazing and healthy meals that give us the sufficient energy to keep on partying. Amber also took really good care of us. Waking up to her breakfast is one of the many things that I’m going to miss from this week. Blessed that we had her and Tom. They both make the dream team.
