Olympe likes to make discover the gastronomic customs of the whole world and thanks to her numerous journeys which made her cross America until Asia ;
She combines today the simplicity of a home cooking with fresh local products with spices and flavours which know how to make travel the papillae.
Her last experiences in French restaurants and aboard yachts as Olga 24m, also Moby Dick last year, allowed her to enrich his sense of welcome and service making guests's satisfaction her priority.

She has experience of charter and transatlantic on MY Ferreti 800, catamaran between 450 and 600, and a goelette 25 meters in Mediterranean, Atlantic and the Caribbean.
Now aboard MOBY DICK, she is looking forward welcoming new guests and make them discover exceptionnal places.

She likes cruising and also doing some races in Cape Town with her family.
Passionate about new places and meeting new people, she likes to sail and cook delicious dishes for the guests.
